Utopiops is a developer-first, no-ops and low-ops cloud application platform. Whether you have a small side project or you are a multi-cloud enterprise, Utopiops can simplify the building, deployment, and hosting of your applications and components such as databases, caches, and much more.
Utopiops platform can be partitioned into two separate segments:
- Fully managed services
- Managed services
Fully managed services
Fully managed services are all provide by Utopiops and hosted on Utopiops's own infrastructure. Static websites and Function applications are examples of fully managed services.
All the free services are provided as fully managed services. Fully managed services are all offered with a pay-as-you-go approach.
Managed services are all provided by Utopiops but they use user's own cloud platform, for example AWS, Azure, GCP, and DigitalOcean. This is the most flexible offering provided by Utopiops that can be fully integrated into your existing platform or extended in the future. AWS static websites, AWS ECS applications, AWS classic baked applications, and Azure static websites are some the examples of these services. You can think of managed services as a way to unleash the complete power of cloud providers with zero DevOps experience.
Fully managed services are generally offered with a monthly/annual subscription approach, with few exceptions such as the CI/CD builds.
